Nationwide entertainer coach rental
Send your dates and routing and a dispatcher comes back with the coaches that fit, each priced against your schedule.
What we run
Three names for the same class of coach, booked three different ways. Every one is a custom Prevost conversion with a CDL-certified driver and 24/7 dispatch — what changes is the configuration and how long you keep it.
Most bookedArtists and crew
The touring standard: a Prevost H3-45 or X3-45 converted for life on the road, with a front lounge, a private rear lounge, a full galley and a bunk room between them.

Overnight routing
The same coach, booked for the drives you would otherwise lose to hotels. The crew sleeps between cities and wakes up at the next venue, which takes a night of rooms and a morning of load-in off the schedule.

Multi-city runs
A full routing rather than a single date: weeks of cities, day sheets and bus calls, with dispatch holding the schedule together and a driver whose hours are planned around the run.
What every booking includes
No line items appearing later that were not in the quote.
CDL with a passenger endorsement, a current DOT medical card, Clearinghouse enrollment and at least three years on entertainer coaches. Never an extra on the invoice.
Curtained bunks, a full galley, a front lounge and a private rear lounge, and a stand-up bathroom with an onboard shower, so the crew sleeps between cities.
A routing change at two in the morning reaches a person who can act on it. Not a ticket queue, not an answering service.
The daily rate, the fuel basis, the deadhead estimate and a one-driver-or-two recommendation, priced before you commit to anything.
The buses
Photographs of the actual fleet, not stock imagery. All 21 are Prevost conversions and every one comes with its driver.

What happens after you send it
The most common question on this page is what sending the form commits you to. It commits you to nothing.
Dates, pickup and drop cities and crew size. No payment details, no obligation, and no automated sales sequence afterwards.
A dispatcher comes back with the coaches that fit, each priced against your schedule, and says so if a smaller unit would serve you better.
A deposit and a signed contract confirm the booking. Until both exist, nothing is reserved and nothing is charged.
Prepped, fuelled and checked, with a driver who has the day sheet. Dispatch stays reachable for the length of the run.

Before you ask
Seven items: tour dates, a city for every day, berth count, trailer requirement, wrap requirement, hotel preference and a contact number. The itinerary matters most, because drive distance sets fuel, driver hours and overdrive exposure at the same time.
An overdrive is additional driver pay owed once a single driving shift passes the industry threshold near 450 miles. It is not a penalty and it is not optional. Routings that repeatedly cross the line either absorb the charge or need a second driver.
Yes, whenever a scheduled jump cannot fit inside 10 hours of legal driving. Overnight runs between distant markets are the usual trigger. A quote should state the driver count the routing needs rather than leaving the tour to work it out mid-routing.
Pay the overdrive when the next load-in is fixed and the break when the schedule has room. A break protects the driver's hours for later in the week, which matters on a dense routing. Overdrive buys you the arrival time. Decide it per jump, not once for the tour.
Sixty days ahead secures first pick, and high season books out further than that. Tours needing a wrap should add another 30 days on top. Late bookings still get coaches, just not the specific unit or layout you had in mind.
Yes, and you should insist on it. Fleet galleries show the best unit, not necessarily yours. Photographs of the assigned coach, inside and out, are a reasonable request and a refusal tells you something.
Yes, a room for the driver bills to the tour on every night the coach is out. Some tours negotiate a buyout instead, paying a flat nightly figure and letting the driver sleep on the coach. Confirm which applies before signing, because the difference across a long routing is real money.
Coach rate, driver rate, lodging, per diem, fuel basis, deadhead, overdrive treatment, trailer, wrap fees and any drop charge. Anything discussed verbally but missing from the document is not part of the deal. Cancellation terms belong there too.
Yes, longer runs usually price lower per day, because deadhead gets spread across more dates instead of being recovered over a weekend. A four-date run carries the same empty mileage as a forty-date run. That single line is why short tours feel expensive.
A dispatcher answers, around the clock, for the length of your run.
