Drivers hold a Class A or Class B CDL, carry a clean DOT medical card, and bring at least three years on entertainer coaches . Every driver enrolls in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. Knights Coaches holds active membership in the Entertainer Motorcoach Council and maintains a satisfactory FMCSA safety rating.

Pricing for a Knights coach starts at $180 per day for the Edward (twelve bunks) and runs to $320 per day for the Henry (12 bunks, single slide-out). The Arthur Elite sits at $250 per day . Daily rates include the driver, fuel surcharge calculation, and standard insurance.

Three factors move the price:

  • Bunk count and slide configuration: larger coaches with more slides sit at the top of the rate card
  • Season: peak demand runs March through October and books out fastest
  • Lease length: 30-plus day rentals carry reduced daily rates, and multi-month leases drop further

Every quote is built from four components: the daily coach-and-driver rate, a fuel surcharge on actual mileage, the deadhead from our nearest positioning hub, and the return deadhead — each shown line by line on the contract.

The deadhead is the distance our coach travels from its nearest positioning hub to your pickup city (and back at tour end), billed at a reduced rate that does not include the full daily charge.
